Who you buy from

Orders are processed by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as reseller and merchant of record. Lemon Squeezy takes payment, handles sales tax and VAT, and issues your receipt. Its buyer terms also apply to your purchase.

What you get

Digital products: PDF guides and image files (phone wallpapers). Prices are shown on the website in US dollars; the final price including any tax is shown at checkout. After payment you get a download link right away, on screen and by email.

Your licence

The products are for your personal, non-commercial use. You can print them for your own family. Please don’t share, resell or publish them.

Refunds: our 30-day guarantee

If a guide doesn’t help, email hello@mydadsaidsorry.com within 30 days of purchase and we’ll give you a full refund, no questions asked.

EU right of withdrawal

Under EU consumer law you normally have 14 days to withdraw from an online purchase. For digital content delivered immediately, this right ends once delivery starts, if you agreed to immediate delivery at checkout. Our 30-day guarantee above goes further, so you can still get your money back within 30 days either way.

Complaints and disputes

If something isn’t right, email us first and we’ll sort it out. Consumers in the Czech Republic can also turn to the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (Česká obchodní inspekce, adr.coi.cz) for out-of-court dispute resolution. These terms are governed by Czech law, without limiting the consumer protection you have in your own country.
